Sally Myers, CEO
Sally is a founder of our company and has 25 years of experience in the field of balance sheet risk management. She has worked closely with credit union boards, senior managements and their regulators over the course of several years. Sally has developed a reputation as an innovator of sound and pragmatic risk management practices. She is a sought-after speaker at national and regional conferences and has written extensively on how to correctly uncover and manage risks to net worth and earnings. On nearly a weekly basis, Sally meets with credit union boards and CEOs to guide them in deciding strategic direction, establishing strategic objectives and identifying and simulating possible financial outcomes of decisions under consideration.
Sally enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing and other fitness activities with her family.
John Myers, President
Throughout his 25 plus years of experience in the field of balance sheet risk management, John has worked closely with the CEOs and executives of thousands of financial institutions. He is known for his expertise in working with boards and senior managers in their efforts to build and implement safe and sound risk management processes. He has been a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and has written extensively on balance sheet risk management issues. On a regular basis, he facilitates Strategic Visioning sessions for clients. With Strategic Visioning, we leverage our hands-on knowledge of a client's financial structure by integrating balance sheet financial planning with the best of strategic planning.
John enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing and international travel.

Rob Johnson, Executive Vice President/Principal
Rob has held a number of key roles since joining c. myers in 1992, including playing a critical and decisive role in the development of the Interactive A/L Budget Model and Interactive Decision Model. Rob also plays a significant role in Consultative Services—working on-site with hundreds of client CEOs, managements and boards. Additionally, Rob has conducted countless education courses that are regularly scheduled at c. myers' offices or customized to meet the unique needs of a credit union, and has been a speaker at many conferences across the nation. Rob also enjoys writing articles on critical issues in the credit union and financial services industry.
Rob and his wife, along with their daughter and son, enjoy an active lifestyle. Rob will try anything at least once-whether it's ice climbing, skydiving or flying a fighter plane in staged dog-fights. He's also an avid skier and mountain biker.

Peter Crusius, Senior Vice President/Principal
Pete has more than 25 years of experience in the field of asset/liability management. As a Senior Consultant, he works closely with many CEOs and senior management groups helping them to understand, evaluate and manage their risks to earnings and net worth. On any given day, many clients rely on Pete's expertise in asset/liability management, as well as his understanding of their respective, unique balance sheet structures. On a regular basis, Pete meets with credit union boards and CEOs to guide them in deciding strategic direction, establishing strategic objectives and identifying and simulating possible financial outcomes of decisions under consideration.
Pete is a frequent instructor at our scheduled education courses as well as the customized courses conducted on-site at credit unions for boards and managements. He also partners in facilitating our Strategic Visioning Service for clients.
Pete enjoys his Harley, his vintage Camaro, hiking, skiing and other fitness activities with his family.

Adam Johnson, Senior Vice President/Principal
As a lead facilitator of our Strategic Visioning Services, Adam is motivated by effectively guiding credit union boards and managements as they think strategically about big decisions and plausible futures. Since joining c. myers in 1994, Adam has also helped hundreds of credit union CEOs, managements, and boards understand and manage long-term risks to earnings and net worth. Adam has instructed countless asset/liability management education courses and training classes, including those that are scheduled regularly and those that are customized for a single credit union. Non-financial people who attend courses taught by Adam appreciate his ability to help them easily grasp a topic such as asset/liability management that, at first, seems complex. Adam has also been a speaker at many league education sessions and trade conferences.
Adam enjoys reading, cross-country bicycling and traveling with his wife. He quickly mastered the Russian language during the two years he lived in Ukraine while serving in the Peace Corps.

Rob McCullough, Vice President
On a regular basis, Rob meets with credit union boards and managements across the country to guide them in strategic direction and establishing strategic objectives. Rob guides clients in understanding their long-term risks to earnings, net worth, and the opportunities and challenges of new business decisions under consideration. Since joining c. myers in 2000, he has worked on a daily basis with CEOs, CFOs and senior managers, helping them to understand risks from decisions they’ve made and from decisions they are considering. Rob received his BA from the University of California at Riverside, and earned an MBA from Sacramento State University.
Rob and his family love to engage in a variety of outdoor sports, including white water canoeing/rafting, snow skiing, water skiing, and softball.

Dan Myers, Vice President
Dan Myers has over 20 years of general management experience in service and distribution, managing over 300 employees, a budget of more than $35 million and over 1,000,000 square feet of facilities. Over the years, his passion for perfecting processes and eliminating waste grew, leading him to graduate-level certifications in Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University and Project Management at Kaplan University.
Dan has accumulated over 6,000 hours in project and process improvement management.
Dan also has firsthand experience in linking processes with strategic direction and financial management through his years of service on the board and supervisory committee of a credit union.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys camping, hiking and playing board games with his family in addition to reading and playing poker.

Charlene Leland, Strategic Consultant
Charlene joined c. myers in 2004, bringing 16 years of consulting experience. As a Strategic Visioning facilitator, she uses her in-depth experience to guide credit union leaders as they develop strategic plans that support their desired financial performance. Charlene has guided many credit union managements and boards in establishing plans to achieve their desired financial performance. She is also a lead instructor for education classes, where she teaches participants how to use their A/LM model as a weapon.
Charlene is an avid hiker and also enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and children.
