Welcome to C. Myers’ C. MyBlog. These Guidelines are designed to enhance your use of this interactive portion of C. Myers’ Website.  In addition to these Guidelines, your use of C. MyBlog is governed by the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

To comment on C. MyBlog, you are required to identify yourself with a user name. The user name appears when you post any comment or information.  Please select a user name that is appropriate and not offensive.

C. MyBlog provides information regarding timely issues and developments in the credit union and financial services industry.  Some of the information has been developed by C. Myers.  Other information is provided by third-party sources.  C. Myers cannot ensure that information it provides is accurate, exhaustive or complete on every subject or that it will necessarily include all of the most recent information available on a particular topic.  You are solely responsible for reliance on this information.

C. Myers welcomes your comments on its posts.  You remain solely responsible for the content of your comment, and you agree to indemnify and hold C. Myers harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your comment(s). You agree that you will not post any comments, content or information that:

Myers may use any comment or information posted by you for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction in electronic or printed publications and you grant C. Myers a nonexclusive license to use, copy, edit, modify, transmit, distribute and to create a derivative work of any such comment or information.

Comments posted on C. MyBlog express the views of the author of the comment, not necessarily the views of C. Myers or any individual associated with C. Myers. Any user who feels that a posted comment is objectionable is encouraged to contact C. Myers immediately. C. Myers may in its discretion remove such material, but neither the removal nor the failure to do so shall result in liability to anyone.
