Strategic CFO Immersion

The focus of this experiential learning includes helping participants:

• Evaluate the “so what” of the numbers and data, to strategically drive the financial institution forward 
• Align the institutions’ desired business model with short- and long-term qualitative and quantitative measures of success 
• Move fluidly between creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking 
• Navigate quickly in the gray 
• Demonstrate consistent and successful execution of the things that support the organization’s strategic initiatives  
• Dramatically improve communication skills, in order to deliver reliable, compelling, and relevant messages at various levels, so that stakeholders with diverse backgrounds want to listen with an open mind to the good, the bad, and the ugly 

Logistics:

The immersion consists of two required phases, with each phase including four days of experiential learning, either onsite at c. myers’ offices in Phoenix or virtually, and continued learning calls with participants. This synchronous learning environment has proven to be successful in engaging discussion and providing interactive learning for all attendees.

If you choose to come see us in person, you would be visiting sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We are located next to South Mountain Preserve, the nation’s largest municipal park, with 51 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. You may even want to make a long weekend of it and visit Sedona or the Grand Canyon. We also are near several local favorites like the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo.

Learning is typically done in a group setting of 2-7 participants throughout the immersion.
