A strategic development plan helps participants prioritize goals, define success, and identify specific actions. When shared with coaches, peers, and leadership, the development plan provides a framework for ownership and accountability.
Tailored calls keep development alive by supporting leaders as they apply what they’ve learned and build habits that stick, even under pressure. A variety of qualified coaches can be leveraged for these check-ins depending on desired areas of focus.
We provide ad hoc support after the final session to continue development as new challenges and opportunities arise. Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for existing and aspiring senior leaders and those in key leadership roles who are looking to enhance their strategic and critical thinking and leadership effectiveness.
How is the program structured?
Our phased approach to leadership development is designed to help leaders grow into the presence, clarity, and confidence needed to guide people through complexity. We begin with a sponsor alignment meeting and a one-on-one pre-session call with the participant to uncover meaningful growth areas and set intentions.
Phase 1 consists of four consecutive days onsite (preferred) or virtually in a small group of participants. Through immersive practice of real-world scenarios, role-playing, and thought-provoking exercises, leaders build awareness, strengthen judgment, and develop communication skills that resonate across audiences.
Following Phase 1, the development plan, momentum calls, and reflective assignments help new habits take root in everyday interactions.
Phase 2 occurs 4-8 months later, also onsite (preferred) or virtual, often with a different peer group, to bring fresh perspectives and networking opportunities. This phase deepens application through exercises that reinforce strategic thinking and communication under pressure.
Sponsor check-ins after each phase ensure progress is visible and aligned with organizational priorities. For continued support, participants have access to “Coaching on Speed Dial” for up to 12 months after Phase 2, so they never have to navigate new challenges alone.
