This course is designed to help talent develop or improve the competencies needed to build a culture that consistently elevates the experience for customers and employees, increases efficiency, and continuously evolves the organization’s processes. Participants will explore how to lead and support meaningful process and experience improvement initiatives within their teams and across the organization.

Why:

Process Improvement is not just about cutting steps or speeding things up—it’s about improving experiences, reducing friction, and aligning day-to-day work with strategic goals. As the pace of change accelerates and expectations grow, financial institutions need team members at all levels who can identify what’s not working and confidently help implement better ways of doing things.
