Cultivating Project Management
May 20-22, 2025
Phoenix, AZ
Successful project management ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and the expected quality of work is achieved. Our primary course objective is to work with participants to begin to develop, or improve, the competencies needed to plan, manage, and/or participate as a key stakeholder in projects that successfully complete the stated goals and deliverables.
We recognize the unique challenges of managing projects in the financial services world. Our approach addresses the realities of needing to allocate the same people to multiple projects while managing their day jobs and the clear prioritization and communication that is required for success.
During this engagement, not only will you benefit from the experience of our facilitators, you will also gain perspective and networking opportunities with participants from other financial institutions.
Participants will begin to develop or improve on these key project management competencies:
Key Competencies:
- Critical thinking, anticipating problems, and identifying alternatives throughout the project
- Setting a project up for success, including selecting project teams and using tools and templates
- Managing project meetings from kick off to close out
- Understanding methods for managing vendors through the life cycle of the project
- Communicating to support momentum for project results
- Driving accountability
